The Rustic Country Barn opened its doors in October of 2008. We specialize in handcrafted, customized reclaimed barnwood furniture. We can make your dreams come true.​​
THE BARN & COUNTRY STORE
THE WORKSHOP
Our 5000 square foot on-site workshop is where we create and customize all of our furniture. We start with the design process, build the furniture and finish it accordingly.
We are located in an 1800's barn that we spent the summer of 2008 renovating into a store and showroom. We did it all ourselves, including rebuilding the milking parlor that now houses our country store. We finished the interior with solid wood paneling and heavy beams, and of course, created the floors from barnwood, which we planed and nailed ourselves.
THE HOMESTEAD
The original homestead, built in 1726, remains on the property and acts as a showroom for our furniture. The atmosphere best displays our pieces and decor in an actual in-home setting.
The Rustic Country Barn was created when the owners were looking for custom, quality furniture, but were unable to find anything that suited their needs or standards. So they decided to do it themselves.
